Unity Reed High School is an IB World School, No Place for Hate, School of Excellence, but is so much more. Watch the video to see our principal, Dr. Nichols, welcome everyone back to school.
Why come here?
Here at Unity Reed, we have a diverse student and staff body as well as a diverse and rigorous academic curriculum. Our school is constantly evolving to meet the needs of our students and the future needs of our society.

What sets us apart?
We are a community of 2,600+ students and staff who are part of the Raider family. Students in our specialty programs will tell you how passionate they are about what they are doing. Our sports teams, clubs, and SALC are exemplary of school pride and student engagement. Here at Unity Reed, we have immense pride in our diversity. SALC paints beautiful and inspiring murals on the walls. We have cultural events full of music, food, and dancing. Reed students can participate in the Origin Project, which celebrates our backgrounds in a display of art and words.

What should you expect here?
At Reed, there is a sport, club, or group for everybody. When you step into our doors, you become "One of Us". This motto drives hundreds of upperclassmen to guide incoming freshman and their families around the school. Here, the only thing you should expect, aside from unforgettable academic and extracurricular experiences, is the unexpected. Every year, it seems like a new club is formed, a new mural is painted, or a record is broken. Reed students are passionate about our school and fight for our family.

Mission Statement: The Unity Reed learning community will provide creative and stimulating programs that elevate the achievement of every student to his or her highest potential by establishing high standards and expectations for participation and achievement in a variety of challenging curricular and co-curricular activities. The climate for student learning and staff effectiveness will be maximized by promoting strong family involvement, providing instruction from a global perspective, and emphasizing diversity and acceptance.
